Textbooks
There are many textbooks that teach Levantine Arabic. Most of these books focus on a particular country's dialect of Levantine: Syrian, Jordanian, Lebanese, and/or Palestinian. Here are some of these textbooks.

Spoken Arabic Dictioanary, Diwan Baladna
​
This is an excellent resource that divides vocabulary by themes (Ex: family, job, education, hobbies...etc.) Within each theme, there are vocabulary words related to the theme, and they are arranged alphabetically. This book is great to build up students' vocabulary by theme and let them listen to the vocabulary by the CD that comes with the book.

The 101 Most Used Verbs in Spoken Arabic: Jordan & Palestine (Third Edition)
This is a great resource to have a basic understanding of structure of Levantine Arabic that is complementary with the series of grammar lessons posted on YouTube. The book includes list of verbs and nouns with their broken plural. All materials are recorded in the CD that comes with the book.

This series of books is designed for MSA by Prof. Munther Younes. However, the books come with DVDs for each part. The DVD has a series of daily life situations of an American girl visiting Amman. The videos' length is around 50 minutes total, which make an excellent language resources.

Living Arabic: A Comprehensive Introductory Course (Arabic and English Edition)
Another great book by Prof. Munther Younes. In his book 'Living Arabic' which has spoken passages in polite Levantine dialect set in Jordan and the reading and writing is in MSA similar to how Arabic functions among Arabs in the Arab world.

Al-Kitaab fii Ta'allum al-'Arabiyya
This book focuses on MSA, but it has around 70 videos of Syrian Arabic. These videos are excellent sources for listening for the Levantine Syrian Arabic.

This is a Peace Corps/Jordan Grammar Textbook for Basic grammar of Levantine Arabic.

Yalla Nihki Arabic (Let's Speak Arabic)
A book that is entirely written in English transliteration (Latin alphabet). No need to know Arabic alphabet to study this book, which aims at taking student up to Intermediate Low level. However, learning Arabic alphabet is inevitable if you want to progress.

Another good book that introduces the grammar of Levantine Arabic in an easy way. The book is completely written in English, including transliterating the Arabic texts in Latin alphabet. The book explains some phonological linguistic phenomena that you don't usually find in the other books like the "Helping Vowel" insertion in words' onsets.

Levantine Colloquial Arabic Vocabulary
This is a Lebanese Levantine Arabic vocabulary book. It introduces vocabulary words for novice and intermediate students of Levantine Arabic.
